The Commonwealth of Australia has taken me under its heavily shaded topography like a foster parent teaching me its alien ways. All good things must come to an end; I’m going home tomorrow.

I’m going to miss my dad and brother. I probably won’t see my younger brother for quite some time again. Maybe even years.

I miss my lover, friends and family crazy amounts and it’s only been 3 weeks.

One of my latest grande endeavours of 2012 is to document each of the 365 days in poetics, cursively (idealistically). I think it will help me make the most of every day; no one wants to see fancy writing about sitting on the couch all day.

I’m in the future and it’s time to go back. From the hearth of summer to the windowsill of winter.
